Pricing
Fees are a percentage of rent collected. There are no monthly flat fees and no charges while the unit is empty. The percentage depends on the property and rental type. Write to us and we'll reply with the numbers spelled out.
I live abroad. How do I know what's happening?
Statements go out monthly, and you can message your property manager whenever you like. Inspection photos on request.
Can you take over from another manager?
Yes. We handle the transition, including deposits, keys, and notifying the tenant.
My unit is vacant. Will you fill it?
Leasing comes first. A vacant unit gets a marketing plan in its first week with us.
