ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT

Association management your board can verify.

REZ administers homeowner and condominium associations in Roatán. Today that means 313 association units on the island. Dues are billed on time, overdue accounts are followed up, vendors are supervised, and the board can open the books whenever it wants.

This is the main job, not a side business

Most associations on the island are run by volunteers, or by a rental company doing HOA work on the side. REZ keeps separate books for each association on professional software, with reporting built for owners who live in other countries.

QUESTIONSBOARDS ASK
What does HOA management include?

Dues billing and collection, separate books and monthly financial reporting per association, vendor and maintenance management, delinquency follow-up, board meeting support, and owner communication in English and Spanish.

How is your fee structured?

A management fee for administering the association, quoted per community. Vendor and service costs pass through transparently, so the board can see what goes to us and what goes to security, landscaping, and repairs.

Can you take over a self-managed community?

Yes. We handle the transition, set up clean books per association, and bring the dues, delinquency, and budget picture current so the board can see where things stand.

How do owners pay dues?

Through the owner portal with several payment options. Overdue accounts get statements, reminders, and payment plans before any escalation.

What reporting does the board get?

A monthly financial report per association, plus access to the books on professional software. Nothing is kept in a private spreadsheet only we can read.
